Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items that show signs of use, damage after delivery, or improper handling may not qualify for a refund.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide clear photos of the product and packaging so our support team can review the issue quickly and provide the best possible solution.

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take approximately 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Please note that customized products, gift cards, and final sale items are non-refundable. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. After dispatch, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
